Hi Josie,

Words cannot hurt you unless you allow them. Let me explain. As you indicated we tend to internalized criticism when it directed at us.

Let me share a little secret with you. The next time you are criticized pay attention to the harsh language that you feel from the criticism.

Change the harshness of the tone of the language (soften it to maybe to the gentle sound of waves in the sea as they crashes against the sand) in your mind.

Let me know what happened to the criticism.

Peace,

Cecil

Well as for me, I really do not worry about it, they are only words and they do not make or break me. The way I see it they are just tring to build themselves up by tring to make you feel bad. As my grandmother said they talked about JESUS and I am no better than he is.

Wow...boy did this guy lose his temper!

If he allowed criticism to do this to him, then he needs to work on his inner voice inside...and more importantly build a relationship with the Creator, because his view of you is the most important view.

Cecil great job! I will be signing up for your newsletter...you have my phone number too, so give me a call so we can chat...we are all one in spirit where there is no race, gender, or religion, just oneness!

Shalom,
Elly
