There was a couple &#8211; husband and wife &#8211; in front of me and I particularly noticed that the wife, let&#8217;s call her Susie, was very nervous.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Susie was sitting hands tightly clasped and inserted between her legs. Her legs were crossed at the ankles and she would constantly rock back and forth as she peeped around the corner to see if the dental attendant was coming to get her.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Her husband understood her fear of visiting the dentist and was doing his best to calm her down.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">He jokingly asked her if she needed a rum and coke. She replied that &#8220;rum straight up would be better&#8221;.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">So Susie continued to rock back and forth in the chair with her arms tightly clasped between her legs and her legs crossed at the ankles peeping around the corner to see if she will be called next.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">But here&#8217;s something interesting:</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: x-small;">Seeing Susie&#8217;s dilemma, I spoke to her suggesting that she pretend that she was in Mexico on the beach in a bikini. Susie said &#8220;no bikini but a full length bathing suit with rum in her hand.&#8221;</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Let&#8217;s take a closer look:</span></div>
<p>Her arms came from between her legs and rested on the arm of the chair. Her legs uncrossed at the ankles and she sat in the chair totally relaxed for a moment.</p>
<p>But guess what?</p>
<p>As soon as she remembered that she was not actually on the beach in Mexico and heard her inner chatter of all the negative thoughts of being in the dental chair &#8211; her arms returned between her legs, and her legs crossed at the ankles.</p>
<p>And believe it or not, then she started rocking back and forth looking to see when she would be called in the have her teeth cleaned.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s this got to do with you?</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll be glad to know that it&#8217;s all about Spiritual Relaxation and being in the moment.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the real truth.</p>
<p>When I suggested that she pretend that she was on the beach in a bathing suit, she became totally relaxed and was experiencing spiritual relaxation.</p>
<p>You see we all experience spiritual relaxation on a daily basis. The problem is, that it is very fleeting and out of our consciousness just like Susie.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the real kicker:</p>
<p>The reason why we have this problem is that we do not have a practical stress relief program that teaches us how to access that experience FROM our unconscious mind under any circumstance.</p>
<p>Astonishing isn&#8217;t it?</p>
<p>So you see being in the moment (spiritual relaxation) is not the problem. And what&#8217;s worse…</p>
<p>&#8230;is the lack of a practical and proven stress relief program that teaches you how to find that moment when necessary.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the thing:</p>
<p>It&#8217;s true that you practice spiritual relaxation for fleeting moments each day.</p>
<p>So what would happen in your life if you experienced spiritual relaxation more often?</p>

<p><strong>So what would happen if I told you to do one the following three things?</strong></p>

<div align="left"> CANEL your gym membership. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="left"> You are not ALLOWED to practice yoga.</div>
</li>

<p>You get the picture.</p>
<p><strong>Let&#8217;s look at your three possible responses to having these restrictions.</strong></p>

<li> <strong>Physically</strong>, you will probably tighten up and stop breathing. </li>
<li><strong>Mentally</strong>, your negative thoughts may become so profound that you will probably feel like screaming. </li>

<p>To me, spiritual relaxation means to be able to be in the moment and enjoy what is going on.</p>
<p>YOU do not need to go ANYWHERE to do ANYTHING.</p>
<p>Listen I&#8217;m not kidding around&#8230; </p>
<p>You don&#8217;t believe me?</p>
<p>I thought so.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s fair.</p>
<p><strong>Let me show you how dead serious I am&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>After teaching this process for over 14 years, my students initially find this concept foreign, but soon they discovered that it is the most effective, natural way to <strong>relax</strong>.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s what else is in store for you&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>An introduction to a profound change in your consciousness.</strong></p>
<p>Up until now, you have probably done it occassionally but here&#8217;s the most important part&#8230;</p>
<p>You do not have to wait until you go away on holiday. You&#8217;ll be glad to know you can start right now.</p>
<p>So remember, this process is very simple and you&#8217;re going to love it or not. It is called Spiritual Relaxation.</p>
<p><strong>What is Spiritual Relaxation?</strong></p>
<p>It is being in the moment and not having to go anywhere to <strong>relax</strong>. No longer do you have to wait until you go on vacation to relax or take a break.</p>
<p>Where ever you are is OK, at the moment. There is no need to have to go to the gym, to go to Yoga, to go home to be with the family.</p>
<p>We can <strong>relax</strong> right where we are.</p>
<p><strong>You may wonder why you have been looking for anxety and stress relief but unable to find it.</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s face it, all you have to do is stop <strong>multitasking</strong>.</p>
<p>I am not kidding. You have  been told that when you <strong>multitask </strong>you get more done. RIGHT.</p>

<p><strong>This example of Spiritual Relaxation is going to surprise you.</strong></p>

<p>If you&#8217;re a business entrepreneur who works from home, I want you to have your coffee in another room in your house outside of your home office.</p>
<p>While you drink your coffee, please, do not read the paper, use your phone, watch TV or listen to the radio.</p>
<p>Just be with your coffee. It&#8217;s not as easy as it sounds.</p></blockquote>
